The garden apartment private whirlpool was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. The staff genuinely stood out, especially Antonio, whose service was exceptional and personalized. The pool area was fantastic—large and never crowded, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed. I also loved the spectacular view of the city from the pool area, adding to the ambiance of relaxation.

The breakfast options could use some expansion.

Our stay in a lovely Deluxe Room was a treat, especially enjoying the amazing breakfast options and cooling off in the beautiful pool! I also appreciated the spa treatments that helped me unwind after a busy day. The only little thing was the air conditioning was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

Perfect spot for a getaway

We had a nice 4-night stay and the upgrade was a sweet surprise! Our room was comfy and clean, and breakfast was delish with loads of options. The outdoor area for evening drinks was lovely, but I was bummed about the small room size. Overall, a solid experience, just needed better water service.

However, the room was upgraded due to initial discomfort with the cramped space, and cigarette smoke from the hallway occasionally seeped into our room, detracting from the overall ambiance.
